| There is and so much happening along FM 1463 since we moved into Firethorne a yr agone. It seems inevitable, merely I will be seriously bummed if/when FM 1463 is widened to four lanes. My home backs up to it so I can expect significantly more than car racket at the least, or a smaller back yard at the worst. Besides just found out that there will be a Valero going in at the intersection of South. Firethorne and FM 1463. Right across from the Timewise?!? I didn't actually need another gas station in my lawn and was hoping for some overnice shops. The big Timewise going in at FM 1463 and the I-10 feeder would take been great for me. The Cane Island Expressway will exist overnice, merely FM 1463 never seemed that bad to me. Progress marches on though. |

| I recently moved to CCR and take 1463 to/from I10 daily. I wouldnt mind a few mom/popular restaruants in the surface area. |

| I forgot where I saw it, simply I recall reading near a 'hereafter plan' for the 1463 and it volition non only exist widended, just straightened besides and connected to I10 somehow. |

| Yep....to exist honest you should have never bought a home backed up to a major road. I hope y'all at least got a pretty good discount on it. My commencement domicile I had backed up to a road, but had trees in between my fence and the road, and you didn't really encounter the cars, simply could hear them at times. When I went to sell the house, several people wanted to purchase it, except for that road. I learned....we live non far from you in Cinco Southwest, and I made certain to really be picky as to where nosotros bought. In fact we looked at homes in Firethorne, and some of the lots they showed us backed upwardly to 1463 and I told the married woman..no manner! |

I used to take the Westpark Tollroad from 59 and stayed on 1093 until it came to 1463 on into Katy proper just for the leisure bulldoze it used to be; information technology took the edge off the stress from the function when all you lot saw were empty fields and cows. It also happened to be during the widening of I10. But boy, it has inverse, and so much has been built up, and it is at present congested. It sort of reminds me of how HWY 6 and 59 was a couple of decades, or more ago.... very quiet. At present await at it. |

In fact information technology was our biggest hang-up with the house, but we used it to drive the toll down. We did get a good deal and the house is non like others we have seen, in fact it is one of a kind by the builder. What we weren't enlightened of at the fourth dimension were the plans for the Pikestaff Island parkway. Had we known about that at the time it would have weighed more heavily on our decision. Virtually of the noise is from structure traffic, which makes up a large percentage of the total traffic. The newest section of Firethorne is building out like crazy. |
